How to change thoughts?
Thoughts, reflections, conversations that we have in our heads with ourselves……Thinking about the past, things and decisions that would change everything and affect us and our health….If only we were concerned, then let it we solve it ourselves or by doing so we endanger only our lives……But it’s not like that…..Our condition affects all the people around us who love us……We hurt us and those people without even realizing it that….Especially mothers whose child is far away from them and they have another…. You have created another family…..But that sadness, pain and guilt do not allow you to be happy….Every time you hug and kiss the child who is next to you, you are not there…. You do these things unconsciously……Your thoughts are with the child who is not with you…..You cry…You are devastated. Turbulent thoughts…… Guilty Conscience…..In order to change all that, you have to want it….. You need to ask yourself: “Do I want to live like this for the rest of my life?” Look at yourself current situation and think….. Who wouldn’t want to be happy and live a fulfilled life……If you want that, then you have to help yourself, because no one else can do it but you……Believe me…… My first question for you is: Is your child happy even though he is not with you? I always knew that my son is safe, that he is fine, happy where he is…. He lives with his father’s parents, they really love him….I knew everything was fine with him, and yet I was destroying myself and everyone around me….I thought I would never be with him again…..Now it’s not like that anymore….I believe that we will be together again one day….If you got sick, know that this is the cause…..I know for myself….Since I left I have had health problems all the time…..If your child is well and even if he isn’t, you have to help yourself first to be able to help him… How can I help myself? I kept asking myself how? You have to want it. Honestly. The solution will come….. It came to me because I honestly wanted to change my condition, health-wise, family-wise and psychologically…. There are various books about it, and my recommendation is the book: “New Day” author Antoni de Melo….I have read the book several times….In the book there are exercises that will help you forgive yourself and others (and a lot more)……That is still the most difficult step, right? If you really want it, you will succeed… I did…. I sincerely recommend meditation in silence, you are with yourself and have big discussions…. Although it sounds easy to believe that it is not, many give up because they do not I can accept some things….We forget a lot of things, but our minds don’t….Everything is there….Don’t give up….It will happen….You have to leave the past where it belongs.. ….I quote: “The past is history, the future is a mystery, live in the now”. She blew me away when I heard her…..In order to change the situation you are in, you have to change yourself and your thoughts…. Everything depends on you…. I succeeded and you will….. Better days are coming…..
